Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Representative to help us grow our business. This individual will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with potential customers through various channels, such as face-to-face meetings, email, and phone calls. They should be competitive, trustworthy, and capable of helping us achieve our business goals and drive sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell the company’s products/services to prospective clients, including schools, proprietors, and stakeholders.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Emphasize product features to demonstrate how they solve customer needs.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products/services.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within set timeframes.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the sales team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to nurture relationships.
- Attend team meetings and events.
Key deliverables
- Lead generation, conversion, and relationship management.
- Develop strategies to drive the organization’s growth through effective sales lead generation and conversion.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a sales representative or marketer in the education sector.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs, following the BT Customer Guidelines Checklist (CGC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
