Step 1
Register a New Guardian:

Go to the "Parent/Guardian" section and click "Add Guardian".

Fill in all the required details, such as name, phone number, relationship, and email, then click "Submit". The guardian will then receive an email with their portal details.
Step 2
View the Guardian List:

Click on "Parents" and then "Search Parent" to see a list of all registered guardians. You can also print this list.
Step 3
Edit Guardian Information:

Find the guardian you want to edit and click on their photo icon. Then, click on "Edit Profile" to modify their information.
Step 4
Archive a Guardian:

To archive a guardian, for example, if the student has left the school, go to "Settings" on their profile page and click "Archive". You can restore an archived guardian later if needed.
Step 5
Show a Guardian's Password:

In the "Settings" menu, you can also view a guardian's password, which is helpful if they have forgotten it.
