Step 1: Navigate to Subjects
First, on the left-hand menu, click on "Subjects". From the drop-down menu, select "Manage Subjects".
Step 2: Add a New Subject
To add a new subject, use the "Add New Subject" section on the left of the screen:
Select the Department and Level for the subject. For example, you can select "PREPARATORY" or "NURSERY".
Type the name of the subject into the "Subject Name" field.
Click the "ADD" button to register the subject.
Step 3: View Subjects
To see the subjects you have added, use the "View Subjects" section on the right:
Select the Department and Level you want to view.
Click the "View" button. A list of all subjects for that level will appear.
Step 4: Allocate Subjects to a Teacher
To assign a subject to a specific teacher, follow these steps:
Click the "Allocate" button at the top of the subject list. A pop-up window will appear.
If your school uses them, select a Category.
Click on the "Nothing selected" drop-down menu and choose the subject(s) you want to allocate. You can select multiple subjects at once.
Click on the "Select Teacher" drop-down menu and choose the teacher who will be teaching the subject(s).
Click "Save Changes" to complete the process. The subjects will now be allocated to that specific teacher.
