Step 1
Access Loan Applications: On the main dashboard, scroll down to "Admin Resources" and click on "Loan Applications".
Step 2
Approve or Disburse: Find the loan application you want to manage and click on the "Action" button next to it. You can either "Approve" the loan, which sends a notification to the staff member that the request has been approved, or "Disburse" the loan, which means the money has been given out and the system will automatically begin deducting monthly repayments from the staff member's salary.
Step 3
Track Disbursed Loans: Once a loan is disbursed, it moves to the "Disbursed Loans" section. To track them, click on "Disbursed Loans" and view details such as the total amount, amount paid, and remaining balance.
