Step 1
Access the Feature: Navigate to the Human Resources section and click on "Staff of the Month".
Step 2
Nominate Staff: Select the staff members you want to nominate from the list. You can nominate up to six people or just one. Choose the month for the nomination.
Step 3
Vote and Decide Winner: Other staff members can vote for a nominee. If there is a tie, the "School Decide" button becomes active, allowing the school to manually select a winner.
Step 4
Publish Results: After the winner is decided, click "Publish Results". The winner will receive a notification, and their name and picture will be displayed on the dashboard.
