How to Manage Archive Users on Edu-Slick

Step 1
Access the Archive Manager:
As an admin or a school director, scroll down to the "control panel" and go to "Archive Manager".

Step 2
Enter Your Password:
A prompt will appear requesting your login password. After entering it, click "continue" to open the archive control panel.

Step 3
View Archived Users:
The control panel will display a list of students, staff, and guardians that have been archived.

Step 4
Restore a User:
To restore a user, such as a student returning to school, click on the icon next to the user's name you wish to restore.

Step 5
Confirm Restoration:
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "restore" to complete the process. The user will be moved from the archived list, and their previous information will remain intact. You can verify that the user has been restored by searching for them, and their status will now be "active".
