Step 1
Navigate to Attendance: From the admin dashboard, click on "Attendance" and then select "Student Leave".
Step 2
Filter and View Requests: Choose the specific month you want to view, for example, "March," and click "Proceed". The system will display all student leave requests waiting for approval.
Step 3
Review Details: The list shows the student's name, parent's name, checkout and return dates, total days absent, the reason for the leave, the status, and the date of application.
Step 4
Approve or Disapprove: You have the option to either approve or disapprove the leave request.
Step 5
Confirmation and Notification: Once the leave is approved, a notification will appear, and the parent will receive a notification confirming the approval.
