How to Report Incident as a Staff on Edu-Slick

Step 1
Navigate to Report Incident:
Log in to the school portal. Then, go to "Email Resources" and click on "Report Incident".

Step 2
Fill out the Form:
Click "Report Incident" at the top right corner of the page. Fill out the form with the date, time, and details of the incident. Describe the task the injured person was performing, list the factors that led to the incident, and describe the actions taken to prevent further occurrences.

Step 3
Submit Report:
Click "Save" to submit the report. You can also view previously submitted incidents by clicking on the download icon.
