How to manage staff Payroll on Edu-Slick

Step 1
Accessing Staff Payroll:
To get started, navigate to the staff payroll section and click on "Staff Salary".

Step 2
Scheduling Salary:
Select the month for which you want to schedule the salary, for example, April, and click "Proceed".

Step 3
Inputting Deductions:
Input any applicable deductions such as loan, welfare, tax, and cooperative contributions for each staff member.

Step 4
Saving Changes:
Click "Save change" to save the entered data without finalizing the payment.

Step 5
Finalizing Payroll:
Once you are sure that all the data is accurate and complete, click the "Save" button to finalize the payroll.

Step 6
Viewing Reports:
After saving, you can view the salary reports for the selected month and also print the salary schedule.
